Regency Lakes is a neighborhood of single-family homes in northeast Wichita, just off 21st Street North and Greenwich Road and minutes from K-96. The lakes at the heart of the neighborhood, with their walking path and resident herons, are what give Regency Lakes its name and its character.
The Regency Lakes Homeowners Association cares for the lakes and common areas, upholds the neighborhood covenants and brings neighbors together a few times a year. Every homeowner in the addition is a member, and the association is run by a volunteer board elected at the annual homeowners meeting.
